비강 기생충.

Pneumonyssoides caninum
- 작고 하얀 기생충, 약 1mm size.
- 심한 재채기와 코를 비비는 행동.
- 머리를 흔들고, reverse sneezing, 만성 콧물, 코피도 발생 가능.
- 비강 이물에 의한 증상과 유사함.
- 진단 : Rhinoscopy, retrograde nasal flushing - 내시경을 넣고 뒤로 180도 꺾어서 검사.
- 치료
- Milbemycin oxime (0.5-1 mg/kg, orally, 7-10일마다) → 넥스가드
- Selemectin (6-24mg/kg, topically over shoulders, every 2 weeks) → 셀레멕틴
Nasal Capillariasis
Capillaria boehmi
- nematode
- 성체는 작고, 하얗고, thin
- nasal cavity와 frontal sinus의 mucosa에 서식
- 증상 : 재채기, 농성 콧물 (w or w/o hemorrhage)
- 진단 : 분변 검사(fecal flotation) - double operculated Capillaria egg를 확인
또는 rhinoscopy로 육안 확인 - 치료 : 진단은 어렵지만 약물로 금방 치료 가능
- ivermectin (0.2mg/kg, orally, once)
- fenbendazole (25-50mg/kg, orally, q12h for 10-14 days)
